Retreat. Asana, Pranayama, sound work, Meditation, Studying the Yoga Sutras/
comparing its relevance to our lives today. |

Shopping/sightseeing Colombo/Negombo |
| Day 7-9: |
Tour consisting of Negombo, Kalawewa, Pollonaruwa, Sigiriya, Kadulla
National Park, Kandy, Elephant Orphanage or Botanical Gardens. Negombo |
| Day 10: |
Flight back to London |
The 14 day tour will be as above, except the retreat will be 5 days, the tour
will be 4 days,and will include a tour of N'Eliya tea plantation, and the
final day on Negombo beach.
